Islamabad, 21 November (Udaipur Kiran)। A bomb blast targeting a police van in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province killed two policemen and injured four others on Thursday in Dera Ismail Khan district.

District Police Chief Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada confirmed the incident. According to a report in Dawn, the police van belonged to Takwara Checkpost. The personnel were patrolling on Hathla–Giloti Road when the explosion occurred. Between 15 and 19 November, 45 militants were killed during anti-terror operations in the province.
