Mumbai, September 22 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of SEPC Ltd were trading higher on the BSE after the company secured a major order worth ₹442.8 crore. The stock was quoted at ₹13.26, up 0.22 points or 1.69% from its previous close of ₹13.04.

The scrip opened at ₹13.06 and touched an intraday high of ₹13.72 and a low of ₹12.76. A total of 11,76,680 shares changed hands during the session. Over the past week, the stock has traded between ₹13.72 and ₹11.89. SEPC’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹2,572.43 crore.
The company informed that it has received the contract from the Chief Engineer, Irrigation, Generation, Water Resources Department, Dehri. The project involves execution of the Jamaniyan to Kakrait Gangajal Lift Irrigation Scheme in Kaimur district under the Zamanian Pump Canal Division, Mohania, as part of the Pragati Yatra initiative.
The order reinforces SEPC’s expertise in large-scale water management and infrastructure solutions, and is expected to significantly boost irrigation facilities in the region.
As per the latest shareholding data, promoters hold 27.35%, while institutions own 16.43% and non-institutional investors hold 56.22% in the company.
