Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Ravindra Energy rose nearly 2% in Monday’s session after the company announced that it has received two Letters of Award (LOAs) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for setting up 120 MW (AC) of decentralized solar PV projects across Maharashtra.

The stock is currently trading at ₹168.05, up ₹3.05 or 1.85% from its previous close of ₹165.00 on the BSE. It opened at ₹168.90 and touched an intraday high of ₹173.25 and a low of ₹167.95. So far, 5,542 shares have been traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹191.65 (on September 22, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹93.10 (on May 9, 2025). During the last week, the stock traded between ₹173.25 and ₹158.00. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹3,071.14 crore.
The promoters hold 64.77% stake in the company, while institutions and non-institutional investors own 4.88% and 30.35%, respectively.
The company has secured two LOAs from MSEDCL to develop and operate an aggregate capacity of 120 MW (AC) of decentralized feeder-level photovoltaic (PV) solar projects across 23 sub-stations in Maharashtra. As part of the agreement, Ravindra Energy will sign a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with MSEDCL.
