New Delhi, 14 November (Udaipur Kiran). NBCC (India) traded higher on Thursday after the company announced that it has received a work order worth ₹340.17 crore for the construction of the Central University of Kashmir (Phase-I) at Tulmulla, Ganderbal.

The stock was trading at ₹110.45 on the BSE, up 1.38% from its previous close of ₹108.95. It opened at ₹110.35 and moved between ₹110.95 and ₹108.40 during the session. A total of 2,45,771 shares were traded. The BSE ‘A’ group stock, with a face value of ₹1, has a 52-week high of ₹130.60 (9 June 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹70.82 (3 March 2025). The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹29,889 crore. Promoter holding is 61.75%, institutions hold 16.28%, and non-institutions hold 21.96%.
NBCC (India) said the project has been awarded by the Central University of Kashmir and falls under its regular business activities. The order includes Phase-I construction works for the university campus at Tulmulla, Ganderbal.
NBCC (India) is among the select public sector enterprises involved in project management consultancy (PMC) for civil construction, civil infrastructure for the power sector, and real estate development.
