Raipur, May 14: In an exhilarating match on Wednesday, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) triumphed over Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by six wickets in IPL 2026. Virat Kohli played a stellar innings, scoring an unbeaten 105 runs off 60 balls, leading RCB to a crucial victory and securing two important points for the team.
Devdutt Padikkal, who partnered with Kohli for a 92-run stand, praised the batting legend, stating that Kohli’s performance showcased why he is considered great.
After the match, Padikkal remarked that it is not easy to bat after being dismissed for a duck in two consecutive matches, but Kohli proved his greatness by not letting past failures affect him. “He showed no burden from previous failures and played with remarkable confidence.
