Health Facility Under NQAS Certification Review by National Team

Udaipur, February 25, 2025: Under the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) program, the Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub-Health Center, Shishvi, located in Girva Block, underwent a virtual inspection by a national team.

Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Ashok Aditya stated that after the health center was certified at the state level, an application was submitted to the Government of India for national-level accreditation. Following this, a virtual inspection was conducted by Dr. Punit Jha and Dr. Durgadas Rai on behalf of the Government of India.

Additional CMHO Dr. Ragini Agarwal informed that on February 25, 2025, the national team evaluated all departments of the health center using a standardized checklist set by the Government of India.

Availability of Free Diagnostics & Medicines
Functionality & Availability of Medical Equipment
Human Resource Deployment & Service Quality

The team thoroughly examined compliance with these parameters to assess the facility’s readiness for national certification.

Active Participation of Health Workers & Officials

During the inspection, CHC in-charge Harshita Meghwal, ANM Krishna Sisodia, and ASHA workers presented detailed records and provided comprehensive explanations of all evaluation criteria.

Additionally, the District Quality Cell team, including Dr. Shubham Goyal, Dr. Piyush Vyas, Ganesh Prakash Chaudhary, and Sunil Sharma, participated actively in the inspection. Other key attendees included:

Upon successful national accreditation, the Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub-Health Center, Shishvi, will receive official certification, along with a financial grant of ₹1,26,000 per year for three consecutive years.
