Ayodhya, April 15 : Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu on Friday visited Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh and described the upcoming temple dedicated to Lord Rama a “moment of spiritual renaissance in India”. After praying at the temple, he said: “The reconstruction of the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya is a moment of spiritual renaissance in India. I am sure that this temple will continue to inspire the coming generations to respect our rich cultural heritage and show them the path of truth, justice and brotherhood.” He also prayed at the Hanuman Garhi temple. Naidu and his spouse Usha Naidu were welcomed by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and other dignitaries at Ayodhya railway station. MB MR
