Bhopal, May 5: The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has announced a massive recruitment drive for 1,200 Hospital Assistant positions under the Directorate of Public Health and Medical Education, Bhopal. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for these posts, which include 324 unreserved (UR), 120 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 192 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 240 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 324 for Other Backward Classes (OBC).
The online application process will commence on May 7 and will close on May 21. Candidates wishing to fill out the application form can do so until the deadline, which will be active on the official website. Additionally, an error correction window will be available from May 7 to May 26 for those who may make mistakes while filling out the application.
Applicants must have passed high school (Class 10) from a recognized institution or board. The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 40 years, calculated as of January 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection will be based on an online written examination (CBT) and document verification, with selected candidates receiving a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,500 to ₹49,000.
The online written examination is scheduled for June 24, conducted in two shifts: the first from 10 AM to 12 PM and the second from 3 PM to 5 PM. Candidates are advised to report between 8 AM to 9 AM for the first shift and between 1 PM to 2 PM for the second shift. The exam will consist of 100 objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with +1 mark for each correct answer and -0.25 for each incorrect answer.
During the application process, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹500 for unreserved (UR) candidates and ₹250 for Madhya Pradesh residents from SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD categories. An additional fee is applicable for error corrections in the application.
