Udaipur, April 29 (Udaipur Kiran): The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Central Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha Sansthan will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in Udaipur. The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM at the private farmhouse ‘Mount Manor Villa’ located near Debari Bypass Chouraha.
Central President Ashok Singh Metawala and Central General Secretary Bhawani Pratap Singh Tana, in a press statement, informed that elected presidents and executive members from all districts of the former Mewar region—including Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Salumber, and Rajsamand—will participate. Representatives from Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh, Godwad region of Pali, and Beawar district will also attend.
Tehsil-level presidents, former estate holders, community dignitaries, and heads of various Kshatriya organisations working in the Mewar region have also been invited.
Key Agenda Points
Discussions will focus on social development and future initiatives of the community. Deliberations will also be held on resolving the ongoing dispute related to a prominent educational institution established around 100 years ago by Maharana Bhupal Singh for public welfare.
The meeting will also address measures to counter objectionable remarks being made against the institution’s Chief Patron Maharana Vishvaraj Singh Mewar on social media, electronic, or print platforms.
General Secretary Bhawani Pratap Singh Tana stated that decisions and resolutions passed during the meeting will be communicated to Chief Patron Maharana Vishvaraj Singh Mewar, and further action will be taken as per his directions. Plans for organisational expansion will also be discussed.
A fellowship meal will be organised after the conclusion of the meeting. Earlier, President Ashok Singh Metawala, General Secretary Bhawani Pratap Singh Tana, and representative Thakur Chandraveer Singh Jagpur visited the venue to review preparations.
