Mumbai : Worsening Russia-Ukraine crisis sent markets in a tizzy with both BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty opening in deep red on Tuesday.
While BSE Sensex tanked over 1,000 points as the market opened, Nifty slipped below 17,000-mark. All sectoral indices declined. Markets were expected to open on weak note on global cues.
