Mumbai, October 20 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Marc Loire Fashions Ltd. surged over 4% on Monday after the company announced the opening of a new Marc Loire store at Shakur Basti in New Delhi, further expanding its retail footprint in North India.
The stock is currently trading at ₹60.75, up ₹2.39 or 4.10% from its previous closing of ₹58.36 on the BSE. It opened sharply higher at ₹65.99 and hit an intraday high of ₹65.99 and low of ₹60.75. So far, around 3,600 shares have been traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘M’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has touched a 52-week high of ₹80.00 (July 7, 2025) and a low of ₹52.00 (October 6, 2025). The company’s market capitalization now stands at ₹43.13 crore.

Promoters hold a dominant 70.42% stake in the company, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors own 1.49% and 28.09%, respectively.
