Mumbai, September 24 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels traded higher on Wednesday after the company announced the signing of two new properties in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The stock was quoting at Rs 173.05, up 1.17% from its previous close of Rs 171.05 on the BSE.

The counter opened at Rs 172.00 and moved between a high of Rs 173.65 and a low of Rs 169.55 during the session. A total of 54,454 shares were exchanged. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs 13,626.64 crore.
Over the past year, the stock has hit a 52-week high of Rs 180.60 (September 8, 2025) and a 52-week low of Rs 110.55 (April 7, 2025). On a weekly basis, it has traded between Rs 177.75 and Rs 168.55.
Promoters hold 22.28% in the company, while institutional investors own 41.31% and non-institutional investors account for 36.41%.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa (Madhya Pradesh): Offering 50 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, swimming pool, and other facilities. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
