A total of 320 vacancies have been announced under the Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ category across the following disciplines:
Electronics Engineering (BE001): 113 posts
Mechanical Engineering (BE002): 160 posts
Computer Science Engineering (BE003): 44 posts
Additionally, Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), an autonomous institution under the Department of Space, will hire 2 candidates in Electronics and 1 in Computer Science.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the ISRO Scientist/Engineer posts, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks or CGPA of 6.84 out of 10 from a recognized university or institution.
Age Limit: Applicants must be 28 years or younger as of June 16, 2025.
Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and government employees.
