Infinity Infoway Makes Blockbuster Debut, Investors’ Money Doubles on Listing Day

New Delhi, October 8 (Udaipur Kiran): Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provider Infinity Infoway made a stellar debut on the stock market today, delivering massive gains to its IPO investors. Issued at ₹155 per share, the company’s stock got listed on the BSE SME Platform at ₹294.50 — a 90% premium over the issue price.

Soon after listing, strong buying pushed the stock to its upper circuit limit of ₹309.20, nearly doubling investors’ money on the first day of trading.

Infinity Infoway’s ₹24.42 crore IPO was open for subscription from September 30 to October 3, and it received an overwhelming response from all investor categories. The issue was oversubscribed 277.24 times overall.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was subscribed 157.14 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category saw a massive 548.99 times subscription. The Retail Investors portion was subscribed 303.35 times, and the Employees’ segment received 0.77 times subscription.

The IPO consisted of 15,75,200 fresh shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The funds raised will be used to purchase new IT infrastructure, finance tenders, meet working capital requirements, and address general corporate purposes.

According to the company’s prospectus, financial performance has shown consistent growth. Net profit rose from ₹94 lakh in FY 2022-23 to ₹3.47 crore in FY 2023-24, and further to ₹4.19 crore in FY 2024-25. Revenue has grown at a CAGR of over 58%, reaching ₹13.48 crore.

During this period, debt levels declined steadily — from ₹70 lakh in FY 2022-23 to ₹48 lakh in FY 2023-24, and further down to ₹23 lakh in FY 2024-25.
