Mumbai, 13 November (Udaipur Kiran)। Shares of Honasa Consumer surged over 6% on Thursday after the company announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 25% share capital of Couch Commerce, the owner of the oral care brand Fang Oral Care.

The stock opened at ₹298.35 and touched an intraday high of ₹308.55, before trading at ₹300.60, up ₹18.65 or 6.61% from the previous close. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹9,173.80 crore.
Honasa Consumer will acquire the stake by subscribing to Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) worth up to ₹10 crore, as approved during the board meeting held on November 12, 2025.
The company’s promoter holding stands at 34.97%, while institutions and non-institutions hold 34.65% and 30.36% respectively. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between ₹190.00 and ₹378.90.
