Udaipur : Hindustan Zinc, a Vedanta Group company, prioritizes safety across its operations. To reaffirm its dedication to #SafetyFirst culture, the company observed 53rd National Safety Week under the theme ‘Focus on Safety Leadership for ESG Excellence’. A series of sensitization workshops & training sessions were organised to engage employees, business partners, and the surrounding communities across all operational units.
Throughout the week, Hindustan Zinc organized over 70 safety activities, including safety rallies, safety pledge ceremony, nukkad nataks, roko – toko campaign, safety exhibition, workshops in schools, blood donation camp, run for safety, eye check-up camp, No Vehicle Day and various competitions like poster making, poem recitation, Kon Banega ERCP Champion, Fire safety quiz, first aid quiz and slogan writing. These activities aimed to raise awareness about safety measures and enhance vigilance among all stakeholders.
