Udaipur: Three young men were killed in a horrific collision between a jeep and a bike in the Falaasia police station area of Udaipur on Monday night. The bike’s petrol tank exploded as soon as the collision occurred, causing both vehicles to catch fire within seconds. Three friends riding the bike were killed in the accident.

According to Falaasia SHO Sheetaram, Sunil (20), son of Hakaram, Rahul (17), son of Champalal, and Deepak (18), son of Hojilal, all residents of Tundar, were killed in the accident. Jeep passengers Nirma and Ratanlal were severely burnt and are being treated at the MB Government Hospital in Udaipur. The jeep was also burnt to a crisp.
Bike caught fire first, then jeep caught fire
According to the information, a wedding procession had come to the village of Amoad in the tribal community from Garnwas. On Monday evening, as the wedding procession’s jeep was approaching Udaipur-Idar National Highway 58E from Tundar, it collided with a speeding bike coming from Falaasia. The three bikers were thrown 15 feet into the air and died. The collision was so strong that the bike got stuck in the jeep’s bumper and the petrol tank burst. This caused the bike to catch fire and the jeep to catch fire as well.
Within seconds, the fire engulfed the jeep full of wedding guests. Six guests were burnt. A young man and a young woman were seriously injured.
The three bikers were rushed to Falaasia Hospital with the help of villagers. There, doctors declared them dead. The burnt young man and woman were also referred from Falaasia to Udaipur. Where they are being treated.
