The Asus VivoBook S15 OLED was launched in India on Tuesday as the company’s first CoPilot+ PC. While the S 15 OLED was already part of Asus’ laptop range, the new version is the company’s first device to receive Microsoft Copilot+ PC certification. It is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chipset and supports artificial intelligence (AI) features that will be available in Windows 11 with the upcoming update. This follows the launch of the Asus Vivobook S15 Copilot+ PC, which was launched in global markets in June.

The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED runs Windows 11 Home and comes with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021 software. It has a 15-inch 3K OLED display (2880 x 1620 pixels) with a screen-to-body ratio of 89 percent, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 600 nits. It has a 1080p webcam, Windows Hello login support, privacy screen and infrared (IR) mode.
Under the hood, the Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED is a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chipset powered by Qualcomm AI, Adreno GPU and a Qualcomm Hexagon Neural Processing Unit (NPU). The chipset comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of NVMe SSD storage.
The laptop has an aluminum cover, backlit Chiclet keyboard, number keys and 1-zone RGB lighting. Since it’s an artificial intelligence computer, it also has a dedicated copilot button. It also has built-in speakers and a microphone array tuned by Harman Kardon.
The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED is powered by a 70 Wh three-cell Li-ion battery that can be charged using the included 90 W power adapter. The laptop supports Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 7. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, one HDMI 2.1 port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has a dedicated microSD card reader. The laptop measures 352.6 x 227 x 15.9 mm and weighs 1.42 kg.
