Asus ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro are now available through offline retailers in India. This gaming smartphone was announced at CES 2024 and later launched in India. Both devices in the ROG Phone 8 series are equipped with the latest flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Generation 3. This device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and has the IP68 dustproof and waterproof function. The phone is also compatible with the company’s AeroActive Cooler X attachable fan.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 price in India is Rs. 94,999, the phone is available in 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage configuration. On the other hand, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro costs Rs 20 lakh. It is priced at $1,19,999 and is available with 24GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. The latter comes with an AeroActive Cooler X fan and both phones come in Phantom Black color.

The Taiwan-based tech company’s latest ROG Phone 8 series smartphones run on Android 14 with the company’s ROG UI. Both feature a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) Samsung AMOLED LTPO display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a 165Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 2500 nits. The phone supports Qualcomm’s latest 3rd generation Snapdragon 8 chip along with up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX890 1/1.56-inch primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide and a 32MP. The camera is built to be ultra-wide. Telephoto camera with megapixel sensor. The phone also has a 12-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and making and receiving video calls.
The ASUS ROG Phone 8 series offers up to 1TB of storage. Both smartphones now support 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and NFC. This phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port. It features an under-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
