Mumbai, September 22 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Amber Enterprises India Ltd moved higher on the BSE after its subsidiary acquired full ownership of an Israel-based company. The stock was trading at ₹8,330.00, up ₹43.20 or 0.52% from the previous close of ₹8,286.80.

The scrip opened at ₹8,295.05 and touched an intraday high of ₹8,348.05 and a low of ₹8,173.55. A total of 7,794 shares were traded during the session. On a weekly basis, the stock has traded between ₹8,389.45 and ₹7,900.00. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹28,160.10 crore.
Amber Enterprises’ material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) (ILJIN), has acquired 100% equity stake in ILJIN Holding, a company incorporated in Israel on September 7, 2025. With this acquisition, ILJIN Holding has become a wholly owned subsidiary of ILJIN and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Amber Enterprises.
ILJIN Holding was set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to act as a dedicated investment platform for ILJIN, supporting its strategic global investments and acquisitions.
