Ajit Mishra from Panna Tops MPPSC 2023 Final Results

Indore, November 9 (Udaipur Kiran) — The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has declared the final results of the State Service Examination 2023. The Commission released the list of selected candidates for various administrative posts on its official website on Saturday evening. Ajit Mishra from Panna has secured the top position in the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav congratulated all the successful candidates and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors.

According to Dr. R. Panchbhai, OSD, MPPSC, the final results have been announced for a total of 229 posts, out of which 197 candidates have been selected. Seven posts reserved for ex-servicemen remain vacant.

The main examination was conducted from March 11 to 16, 2024, following the preliminary round. The results of the main exam were declared on December 30, 2024, and interviews were held between July 7 and August 7, 2025. The final list has now been made public after the completion of all stages.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also posted on social media, congratulating the successful candidates and their mentors, stating that their dedication and determination would contribute to the progress and public service of Madhya Pradesh.

Ajit Mishra, who topped the exam, is currently serving as a Naib Tehsildar in Maihar. Belonging to a humble family from Panna district, his father is a teacher, and his mother is a homemaker. Ajit credited his success to discipline, hard work, and patience—values he learned from his parents. “With consistent effort and a positive mindset, no goal is impossible,” he said.

Mishra’s administrative journey began in 2022 when he was selected as a Naib Tehsildar. Through continued dedication and preparation, he has now achieved the top rank in the MPPSC 2023 examination.

Among other top performers, Yashpal Swarnkar from Sagar secured the third rank, while Abhishek Jain from Damoh was selected as Deputy Collector. Shivani Rai from Vidisha was chosen for the DSP post. Bhopal’s Kalpesh Singhai also earned the Deputy Collector post, ranking ninth in the list. Muskan Soni from Bhopal secured the DSP post with the sixth rank. Satna’s Priya Agrawal ranked sixth and was also selected as Deputy Collector.

Monika Dhakad from Aron in Guna district also achieved success by securing the DSP post in her very first attempt. Her father, Shaitan Singh Dhakad, is the current Sarpanch of Paharuwa Panchayat. Monika completed her graduation and post-graduation from Indore after schooling in Raghogarh.
