Mumbai, October 3 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services gained over 1% on Thursday after the company announced that it has entered into a loan agreement with Dice Enterprises for up to ₹15 crore.

According to the agreement, the loan will be utilized for working capital requirements and will be provided for a period of 12 months at an interest rate of 12% per annum, in one or more tranches. The loan is repayable on demand.
At the BSE, the stock was trading at ₹344.10, up ₹3.55 or 1.04% from the previous close of ₹340.55. The scrip opened at ₹339.75 and touched an intraday high of ₹347.00 and low of ₹336.35. Over 67,182 shares were traded during the session.
The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹4,611.63 crore. It has a 52-week high of ₹597.00 (December 17, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹299.00 (April 9, 2025).
Promoters hold 44.20% stake, while institutions and non-institutional investors hold 17.42% and 38.38%, respectively.
