
Vivo X Fold 3 is expected to launch in the Chinese market soon. There is no word yet on Vivo’s official release date, but a new leak points to March 26. The leak also reveals the possible specifications of the upcoming book-shaped foldable phone. Vivo X Fold 3 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It is said to have a 5,500mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging. It is expected to be IPX8 certified.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) has shared a leaked poster that reveals the Vivo X Fold 3 release date. According to the poster, the phone will be launched in China on March 26 at 7:00 PM (4:30 PM IST).
According to the leak, the Vivo X Fold 3 will run Android 14 and have a 6.53-inch display. It is said to have an 8.03-inch Samsung E7 LTPO AMOLED internal display with 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits peak brightness. The phone may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It was earlier reported that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC will be powered.
In terms of optics, the Vivo It packs a 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. It has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and is IPX8 certified.
The Vivo X Fold 2 was launched in April last year at a starting price of 8,999 Yuan (roughly Rs 1,07,500). The phone available in China is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
