Ugro Capital surges on getting nod to raise Rs 125 crore through NCDs

Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 167.70, up by 5.45 points or 3.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 162.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 163.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.15 and Rs. 163.50 respectively. So far 7070 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.00 on 10-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.15 and Rs. 151.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1187.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.79% and 87.34% respectively.

Ugro Capital has received approval to raise Rs 125 crore through issue of Rated, Senior, Secured, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount of Rs 50 crore (Base Issue Size) with an option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 75 crore though public issue. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2022 has approved the same.
