Udaipur, June 2, 2024 : People in Udaipur got relief from the hot winds on Sunday, the eighth day of Nautapa. The sun was hidden behind clouds several times during the day. Due to the change in weather, cool winds have been blowing in the morning for the last two to three days. The sun has been shining in the afternoon but the effect of the heatwave is not there.

The daytime temperature in Udaipur was recorded at 36.6 degrees Celsius and the minimum at 25.1 degrees Celsius. A day earlier, the daytime temperature was 37.4 and the night temperature was 25.4 degrees Celsius. It may be noted that from the first to the fourth day of Nautapa, the temperature in Udaipur had reached 44 to 45 degrees Celsius. People were troubled by the hot air then.
According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, there is no possibility of a heatwave in the first week of June. June is the time for the monsoon to arrive. Therefore, it is likely that the intense heat like May will no longer be felt in June.
