Aurobindo Pharma moves up as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Mumbai, September 3 (Udaipur Kiran): Aurobindo Pharma is currently trading at Rs. 1692.00, up by 9.00 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1683.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1679.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1695.00 and Rs. 1671.45 respectively. So far 10759 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1706.70 on 01-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1017.00 on 02-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1706.70 and Rs. 1,608.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 97457.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.48% and 6.64% respectively.

Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary — Apitoria Pharma has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary by the name of ‘Avogent Lifesciences’ in India on August 31, 2026. The object of incorporation of this wholly owned subsidiary is to undertake manufacturing and marketing operations in India and foreign countries.

Aurobindo Pharma is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and generic formulations like astemizole, domeperidone and omeprazole; anti-infective, oral and sterile antibiotics, pain management and osteoporosis segments.
