Suraj Industries has received approval from board of directors for investment upto 20.08% in the expanded share capital of Gang Industries and Allied Products by way of subscription upto 36 lakh equity shares of Gang Industries and Allied Products at par Rs 10 per share. By virtue of the acquisition, Suraj Industries will become Associate Company of Gang Industries and Allied Products. The board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 08, 2022 has approved the same.
