New Delhi, August 1: On the death anniversary of the prominent leader of the Indian independence movement and fervent nationalist thinker, ‘Lokmanya’ Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Chief Ministers from various states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh paid their respects and offered tributes.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took to X to express, “With the immortal mantra, ‘Swaraj is my birthright, and I shall have it,’ he gave a new direction to national consciousness. On the death anniversary of the great leader of the Indian independence movement, I pay my humble tribute to ‘Lokmanya’ Bal Gangadhar Tilak.
