Sky Industries climbs on getting nod to sell manufacturing unit located at Vashi

Sky Industries is currently trading at Rs. 33.90, up by 2.90 points or 9.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 31.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 28.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 33.90 and Rs. 28.10 respectively.

The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 43.45 on 13-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.25 on 13-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 33.90 and Rs. 26.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.99%, while Non-Institutions held 48.01% stake in the company.

Sky Industries has received an approval for sale of manufacturing unit located at Vashi. The Board of the company at their meeting held on August 01, 2019, approved the same.

Sky Industries is India’s largest manufacturer of hook and loop tape fasteners.
