Islamabad, April 23 : Three Pakistani soldiers were killed in a cross-border attack at the Pak-Afghanistan border, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Saturday. The military’s media wing said militants opened fire on the troops from across the border in the Dewagar area, district of North Waziristan, adding that Pakistani troops responded to the firing and inflicted damage among the militants. The three Pakistani soldiers were killed in the exchange of fire from both sides. According to the ISPR, the three slain soldiers were identified as Havaldar Taimoor, Sepoy Saqib Nawaz, and Naik Shoaib. ACL1346
