Udaipur, 28 July: Members of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) visited Pyrotech Electronics Private Limited, located in Madri Industrial Area, Udaipur, as part of an industrial exposure initiative.

Gaurav Kapoor of Pyrotech Industries, Part 1 Division, warmly welcomed the ISTD members and gave a detailed overview of the company’s operations. He then led the group to Pyrotech Industry No. 4, where MCC manufacturing takes place, and addressed the queries of the visiting members during the guided tour.
Chief Executive Officer P.S. Talesara also welcomed the participants and provided in-depth insights into the company’s approach to innovation, empathy, passion, work culture, and workspace values.
ISTD President Vidya Vinod, in her address, highlighted the importance of such industrial visits for professional development. Following this, all members introduced themselves, fostering networking and collaboration.
Mr. Talesara further suggested that ISTD members could form a working group to extend their services to other industries across Udaipur, which would benefit both the industries and institutions in the region.
ISTD Secretary Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore expressed his gratitude to the Pyrotech management and all attendees for making the visit successful.
