Mumbai, October 24 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese gained momentum on Thursday after the company announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary.
At the BSE, the stock was trading at Rs. 49.28, up Rs. 1.19 or 2.47% from its previous close of Rs. 48.09. The scrip opened at Rs. 49.75 and touched a high of Rs. 49.75 and a low of Rs. 48.38, with 321 shares traded so far.

The BSE Group ‘X’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 67.50 (02-Jul-2025) and a 52-week low of Rs. 35.20 (27-Mar-2025). The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 134.45 crore. Promoters hold 62.81%, while institutions and non-institutional investors hold 3.79% and 33.40%, respectively.
Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese informed that it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named ‘Indsil Infrastructure’, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The certificate of incorporation was issued on October 23, 2025.
The newly incorporated subsidiary will focus on real estate development and infrastructure projects catering to commercial and business purposes.
Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese operates a captive hydroelectric power plant in Kerala and is also engaged in ferro alloy smelting, supplying key materials to the metallurgical and industrial sectors.
