India Finsec has made an investment of Rs 2.84 crore in IFL Housing Finance, subsidiary of the company, via purchase of 28,40,000 equity shares at rate of Rs 10 each through right issue on November 24, 2018.India Finsec is an India-based non-banking financial company (NBFC).
