Miami : A helicopter has crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near crowded Miami Beach, according to police. The Miami Beach Police on Saturday posted the video of helicopter crash and tweeted: “This afternoon at 1:10 pm, MBPD received a call of a helicopter crash in the ocean near 10 Street.
“Police and Miami Beach Fire responded to the scene along with several partner agencies. Two occupants have been transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
“The beach area between 9 to 11 Street is currently closed. Helicopter crashes
The FAA is responding to the scene.” It further said that three passengers were onboard, of whom two were transported to the hospital.
However, the reason for the helicopter‘s crash remains unclear.
The police has shut down a portion of the beach amid an investigation into the incident.
