Udaipur, May 2, 2025 — The revered Maa Baglamukhi Temple, located at Bhupalpura, Udaipur, is set to host a three-day grand religious celebration from May 3 to May 5. The spiritual event will include ritualistic havans, yajnas, and a devotional musical evening, drawing devotees from across Rajasthan and beyond.

Three-Day Schedule to Feature Ancient Rituals and Fire Ceremonies
According to Temple Priest Sanjay Upadhyay, the event will commence on Saturday, May 3, at 7:15 AM, with Hemadri Snan, Panchang Karma, Shri Lakshmi Ganapati Kunkum Archana, and Mandap Devta Aavahan Puja—rituals considered spiritually significant and conducted only by experienced priests.
On Sunday, May 4, the day will begin at 8:00 AM with Rudrabhishek, Devi Baglamukhi Haridraarchan, and Modakarchan, followed by an extensive Yajna in the afternoon. A unique aspect of this Yajna is the personal abhishek option, allowing individuals facing personal or domestic challenges to participate for spiritual relief. Yajna Acharya Abhishek Vyas stated that such rituals are traditionally believed to remove obstacles and alleviate suffering. Devotees must bring only abhishek materials, while yajna items will be arranged by organizers.
May 5 to Culminate with Maha Aarti and Bhajan Sandhya
The final day, Monday, May 5, will begin with the Principal Deity Havan at 8:00 AM, followed by Yajna Purnahuti during the Abhijit Muhurat at 12:15 PM. A Maha Aarti will conclude the rituals, followed by prasad distribution.
In the evening, a grand Bhajan Sandhya titled “Ek Shaam Maa Baglamukhi aur Khatu Shyam Ke Naam” will begin at 7:15 PM. Renowned devotional singers Mahi Joshi, Subhash Garg, and Kumar Deep will perform, enhancing the spiritual ambiance. The entire event is being held under the blessings of Pujya Gurudev Krishnanandji of Khachrod.
