Gandhinagar, April 15: The Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of 200 Additional Assistant Engineers (AAE – Electrical). The online application process commenced on April 11, and the last date to apply is set for May 2.
Eligible and interested candidates wishing to submit their registration forms can do so on the official website before the deadline. The maximum age limit for candidates is set at 33 years, calculated as of May 2. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or Optical Mark Recognition (OMR), followed by document verification, among other stages. Selected candidates will receive an initial salary of ₹40,800 per month.
While filling out the form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹100 for general candidates. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/SEBC/EWS/differently-abled/ex-servicemen and female candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
To apply online, candidates should first visit the official GPSSB website. After reaching the homepage, click on the active application link related to the respective position. Then, register and log in. Fill in all the required information in the form, upload the necessary documents correctly, and pay the registration fee (if applicable) before submitting the form. Finally, ensure to take a printout of the application form for future reference.
