Ircon Recruitment 2026: 37 Manager/Electrical Posts Open for Applications from November 19
Kolkata, October 30: Ircon International Limited has announced a significant opportunity for job seekers looking to work in the organization. The company has released an official notification on its website regarding the recruitment of 37 Manager/Electrical positions on a contractual basis for the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) projects under the Lumding and Tinsukia divisions.
Among the 37 vacancies for the Manager/Electrical posts, there are 13 positions for General category, 11 for OBC, 7 for SC, 3 for EWS, and 3 for ST candidates.
Selection for the Manager/Electrical positions will be based on a walk-in interview, document verification, medical standards, and a merit list. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹60,000 per month, along with additional benefits and allowances.
Candidates attending the interview must hold a full-time graduation degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution or university, with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning/TRD maintenance in railway, metro rail, or power transmission/distribution utilities. Preference will be given to those with experience in railway OHE/power supply/SCADA, E&M, and electrical utility diversion.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 50 years, calculated as of October 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
The walk-in interviews will be held on November 19 and 20 at 10 AM at ‘Ircon International Limited, Eastern Region – 378, Prantik Palli, Kasba, near 47B Bus Stand, Kolkata-700107’, and on November 23 at the same time at ‘Ircon International Limited, House Number – 6, Second Floor, Opposite Koyal Hotel, Vivekananda Path, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam – 781007’.
Candidates should note that registration for the walk-in interview will begin at 9:30 AM at the specified locations. Registration will be open until 1:00 PM on the respective dates. Candidates attending the walk-in interview are advised to report on time and bring a hard copy of the completed application form along with original and photocopies of all relevant documents.
