ONGC Invites Applications for 20 Consultant Positions
Dispur, October 30: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced the recruitment of qualified and experienced retired ONGC personnel for Associate and Junior Consultant positions in its Assam Asset. A total of 20 positions are available, including 15 for Associate Consultants and 5 for Junior Consultants.
The application process is ongoing and will be conducted online via email, with the deadline set for November 12 at 4:30 PM. Candidates interested in applying are advised to complete the registration process successfully within the stipulated time.
Applicants must be retired ONGC employees with at least 10 years of experience in work-over/drilling operations. The maximum age limit for both positions is set at 63 years, calculated as of the application submission deadline of November 12, 2026.
Selection will be based on application scrutiny, a written test, interviews, and document verification. The salary for selected candidates will be ₹66,000 per month for Associate Consultants, along with ₹2,000 for communication facilities, and ₹40,000 per month for Junior Consultants, also with ₹2,000 for communication facilities.
The written test and interviews will be held at the ONGC office in Sivasagar, Assam. Shortlisted candidates will receive timely notifications regarding the exact dates and locations of the examinations via email.
