Udaipur, April 24 (Udaipur Kiran): Students at Mohanlal Sukhadia University faced confusion during the second semester final examination at the Law College after the question paper was distributed 35 minutes late on Thursday.

The R-ADR subject exam was scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM, and students had reached the examination hall on time. However, the question paper did not arrive until 11:35 AM. Invigilators on duty were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, leaving students uncertain.
After distribution, another issue emerged as the question paper displayed 100 marks instead of the prescribed 80 marks, further adding to the confusion among candidates.
Responding to the matter, Examination Controller Mukesh Barber stated that the university conducts more than 1,300 examinations each semester. He clarified that the delay in the question paper reaching the examination hall was approximately 30 minutes.
According to him, the delay occurred due to recent changes in the examination timetable made by the Law Department at the end of March. As a result, on Thursday morning, additional time was required to retrieve the paper from the strong room and deliver it to the exam centre.
The university administration assured that the printing error regarding marks would not affect the evaluation process. To compensate for the delay, all students were given an additional 30 minutes to complete the exam.
