The national capital, Delhi, is once again gripped by cold weather, with dense fog blanketing the city in the mornings.

- Dhaula Kuan and other areas witnessed low visibility, affecting road traffic.
- IMD forecast: Moderate to dense fog on Sunday, with temperatures ranging between 9°C (min) and 24°C (max).
- Saturday’s Temperature:
- Minimum: 10.8°C, 2°C above normal
- Maximum: 26.2°C, 3.9°C above normal
Although mild sunshine is expected by afternoon, the morning cold and fog are likely to persist.
Fresh Snowfall in Kashmir Valley
Several regions in Jammu and Kashmir saw light to moderate snowfall, intensifying the winter chill.

- Pahalgam – 11.2 cm snowfall
- Gulmarg – 7.5 cm snowfall
- Qazigund – 4 cm snowfall
- Kupwara – 1.5 cm snowfall
- Kokernag – 2 cm snowfall

❄ Srinagar and surrounding areas experienced intermittent rainfall overnight, further dropping temperatures. The IMD predicts cloudy weather with chances of more rain and snow from February 3 onward.

🌊 Low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal has weakened, but its effects continue.
