Bondada Engineering Jumps After Commissioning 56.9 MW Solar Projects

Mumbai, 13 November (Udaipur Kiran)। Bondada Engineering was trading at Rs. 402.00 on the BSE, up 5.40 points or 1.36% from its previous close of Rs. 396.60. The stock opened at Rs. 356.95 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 406.75 and a low of Rs. 356.95. So far, 3,78,000 shares have been traded on the counter.

The BSE Group ‘M’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 2, recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 719.50 on 12 December 2024 and a 52-week low of Rs. 330.00 on 4 March 2025. Over the past week, the scrip has moved between Rs. 448.00 and Rs. 356.95. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 4,501.12 crore. Promoters hold 61.55% stake, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 1.54% and 36.92% respectively.

Bondada Engineering has successfully commissioned 56.9 MW of solar projects for Paradigm IT and MAHAGENCO across multiple clusters in Hingoli, Dhule, Sambhajinagar and Jalgaon in Maharashtra, as of 31 October 2025.

This achievement marks a major milestone in supporting India’s National Renewable Energy Mission. Despite challenging monsoon conditions, the company’s Solar Division demonstrated strong commitment and technical capability to ensure timely project completion.

With the latest commissioning, Bondada Engineering’s total installed capacity has crossed the 1 GW milestone, reinforcing its contribution to India’s clean energy goals in line with its Vision 2030 roadmap.
