Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Surges 12% After Signing $150 Million ToT Pact with Israel-Based Tech Firm
Mumbai, November 5 (Udaipur Kiran) — Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) soared over 12% on Tuesday after the company announced that it has signed a $150 million Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement with an Israel-based technology firm to co-develop edgeAI semiconductor systems for next-generation AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) and industrial automation applications.

The stock is currently trading at ₹33.38, up by ₹3.60 or 12.09% from its previous close of ₹29.78 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹29.78 and touched an intraday high of ₹33.70 and a low of ₹29.60, with a massive 79,46,158 shares changing hands so far.

Under the $150 million ToT agreement, BCSSL and the Israel-based firm will collaborate to develop advanced edgeAI chips — high-performance semiconductor systems aimed at powering industrial and AI-driven applications. The agreement includes a five-year strategic investment plan, covering technology integration, product development, and local manufacturing setup in India. The deal also involves revenue sharing with the Israeli partner for hardware design transfer and intellectual property rights (IPR).
As part of the partnership, the Israeli firm will provide core hardware architecture and reference designs, while BCSSL will develop and own the entire software stack — including system firmware, AI middleware, and application frameworks — giving the company complete technology ownership and IP control within India.
BCSSL is currently in advanced talks with leading Indian semiconductor manufacturers to fabricate the chips domestically, ensuring large-scale, end-to-end local production. The company said the initiative will help execute its existing $15 million collaboration with Byte Eclipse for Edge AI chip integration in the Oil & Gas sector and cater to upcoming projects across defense, energy, and industrial AIoT domains.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions specializes in software design, development, data processing, and IT consultancy services in India and abroad, with a growing focus on AI-driven industrial automation and embedded systems.
