New Delhi, October 28 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Bharti Airtel inched higher on Monday after the telecom major reported an addition of 4.37 lakh new subscribers in September 2025, further strengthening its market position in India’s wireless segment.
The stock was trading at Rs. 2,084.45, up 0.16 percent or Rs. 3.40, from its previous close of Rs. 2,081.05 on the BSE. It opened at Rs. 2,084.10 and touched a high of Rs. 2,103.40 and a low of Rs. 2,072.00 during the session. Around 50,471 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 5, has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 2,103.40 (October 28, 2025) and a 52-week low of Rs. 1,510.80 (November 21, 2024). Over the past week, the scrip traded between Rs. 2,103.40 and Rs. 2,003.25. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 12,64,281.82 crore.
Promoters hold 50.27 percent of the company’s shares, while institutions and non-institutional investors own 46.93 percent and 2.79 percent, respectively.
As per the latest subscriber data, Bharti Airtel added 4.37 lakh new users in September 2025, taking its total customer base to 39.24 crore. The company now commands a 33.53 percent market share in India’s wireless telecom segment as of September 30, 2025.
