New Delhi, October 28 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) edged higher on Monday after the company announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Shri Kedarnath Ropeways Limited (SKRL), to develop the Sonprayag–Kedarnath ropeway project in Uttarakhand.

The stock was trading at Rs. 2,499.00, up 0.24 percent or Rs. 5.90, from its previous close of Rs. 2,493.10 on the BSE. It opened at Rs. 2,493.10 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 2,515.75 and a low of Rs. 2,490.25. A total of 8,715 shares changed hands during the session.
The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 1, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 3,069.85 (November 6, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs. 2,026.90 (March 3, 2025). Over the past week, it has traded between Rs. 2,577.90 and Rs. 2,487.30. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 2,89,237.69 crore.
Promoters hold 73.97 percent of AEL’s shares, while institutions and non-institutional investors hold 18.55 percent and 7.47 percent, respectively.
According to the company, Shri Kedarnath Ropeways Limited (SKRL) was incorporated on October 27, 2025, to undertake the development, maintenance, and management of the Sonprayag–Kedarnath ropeway system on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model. Adani Enterprises will hold 100 percent share capital in the new entity.
