Udaipur, May 8 (Udaipur Kiran): City-based real estate firm Archi Group of Builders laid the foundation stone of its new residential project “Archies Raghav Residency” at BSNL Road in Hiran Magri Sector-3, Udaipur. The foundation ceremony was performed on Friday by the group’s Managing Director Rishabh Bhanavat.
Archie Group representative Bhuvan Rawal said the project will include 120 units of 3BHK flats and 60 units of 4BHK premium flats. The residential complex will also feature a podium-level garden along with modern amenities including a gym, indoor games area, swimming pool, banquet hall, kitty party hall, study hall and reception facilities.
Several dignitaries and members of the builder group attended the ceremony, including directors Himanshu Chaudhary, Shailesh Saruparia, Rajiv Jain and Lokesh Malhara. Prominent city residents including D.S. Babel, Dinesh Jain, Gautam Nagori, Pankaj Bhanavat, Deepak Goyal, Tarachand Purbia and Manan Nagori were also present.
