Udaipur : The District Industries Center has invited applications for various loan schemes operated by the Government of India and the State Government.
The General Manager of the District Industries Center, Shailendra Sharma, stated that under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme, there is a provision for a loan of up to 50 lakh rupees for new industries and up to 20 lakh rupees for service enterprises, with a capital subsidy of up to 35%.

Additionally, under the Chief Minister’s Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme, graduates who are original residents of Rajasthan and aged between 18 and 35 years can avail loans up to 1 crore rupees for new enterprises.
This scheme provides an interest subsidy of up to 8% and a margin money grant of up to 5 lakh rupees. The Chief Minister’s Small Industries Promotion Scheme offers a loan provision of up to 10 crore rupees for new and expanding enterprises, with an interest subsidy of up to 8%.
The Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Dalit Tribal Entrepreneurship Promotion Scheme provides loans of up to 10 crore rupees for entrepreneurs from SC/ST categories, with an interest subsidy of up to 8%. Additionally, a margin money grant of 25% of the project cost or 25 lakh rupees, whichever is less, is provided.
General Manager Sharma mentioned that interested entrepreneurs can contact the District Industries and Commerce Center in the Mewar Industrial Area of Udaipur for more information and to apply for loans to establish their enterprises.
