America: Id exploded near restaurant, awe in people’s mind

Washington  : A 59-year-old man was injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion in Fullerton, the city of Orange County, located 50 kilometers east of Los Angeles.

The police said that the victim whose hand and face is injured, is also responsible for the blast, which is surrounded by a fast food restaurant and bank branch . At the scene, the Anti-Bunker squad of the Orange County Sheriff Department was called in which a second ID was found there with a black powder and fuse.

Fullerton Police Lieutenant John Rads told CBS correspondent, “They were small but were improvised explosive devices that were powerful enough to cause serious damage to a person.” The police said that the suspect may be a homeless person who lives in the area even though it has not been confirmed.
