Udaipur : A four-year-old girl was mauled to death by stray dogs in Udaipur. The victim Reshma was playing near her house when the incident took place in Ambamata police station area.
Reshma’s family had come to Udaipur from Sagar in Madhya Pradesh to visit Mastana Baba Dargah during the holy month of Ramadan. On Friday morning, Reshma’s father Nadeem Khan left his daughter outside to play and went to a nearby public toilet to take a shower.
Reshma, who was playing, came out of the toilet and was attacked by a pack of stray dogs. He was killed by dogs, and his body was found by passers-by.
Reshma’s death sent shockwaves across Udaipur, with residents demanding that the authorities take action to curb the stray dog population.
