
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has finally launched in India. The Chinese brand introduced this smartphone during the Xiaomi 14 series launch event. This is the first time that Xiaomi is bringing the Ultra version to the country. The launch in India comes less than a month after its global debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona. The phone joins the Xiaomi 14 in India and like the other smartphones in the series, is powered by Qualcomm’s 8th and 3rd generation Snapdragon SoC.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Price in India, Availability
The price of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is 200 Toman. 99,999 for the single 16GB RAM variant and the 512GB variant. This smartphone is available in black and white colors. The company also offers a three-month YouTube Premium subscription with the smartphone. Xiaomi has also introduced the Reserve Edition version of this phone. Those who pay Rs 9,999 can pre-order the device and get it on April 8, ahead of the launch date. Pre-booking begins March 11th.
Customers can purchase the phone from April 12 at noon via Xiaomi’s official website and Xiaomi Home Stores. The company is offering a discount of 20 million yen. 5,000 plus an additional exchange bonus of Rs. 5,000 on select device offers.
Specifications, features of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The maximum brightness is 3000 nits. Under the hood, the smartphone uses an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
As for optics, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a quad rear camera housed in a circular module. The device consists of a 50-megapixel Sony LYT900 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and two additional 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 sensors with 3.2x optical zoom and 5x optical zoom. The fourth camera is a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 90W wireless charging, 80W wireless charging and 10W wireless charging. In terms of connectivity and sensors, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra supports 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. It is also IP68 dust and splash proof.
