Udaipur : A worker died after air from a compressor entered his body through the anus while he was cleaning a construction site near Ladana village in Fatehnagar police station area of the district. The worker was using the hose of the compressor to clean dust from his body and clothes. During this time, he accidentally inserted the hose into his rectum.
SHO Ravindra Singh said that about 150 laborers are currently working on the ongoing work in Ladana village. A compressor is installed there to remove dust and dirt that accumulates on clothes and body during work. The workers use it.
On Sunday afternoon, Ashraf (18), son of Ishtiaq, resident of Raghunathpura, Kapasan, who was working there, used the compressor hose to remove dust. During this time, he also turned the hose towards the back of his body, when a jet of air entered his body through the anus, causing his condition to deteriorate.
His brother Sahil, who was present there, and Banshilal Jat, a resident of Ladana, took him to Fatehnagar on a bike, where after giving two injections, the doctors advised him to go to Udaipur. He was brought to MB Hospital Udaipur in an ambulance, where in his dying statements he said that the incident happened due to his mistake.
